Our Story
Croydon's Tile Clearance Specialists

TileBlitz is a trading name of Porcelain Perfection Ltd, based in Croydon, London. We specialise in clearance tiles — joblots, end-of-line stock, discontinued ranges and overstocked pallets from major tile manufacturers and distributors.

We source high-quality porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and border tiles at trade level and pass the savings directly on to our customers. Whether you're a homeowner, builder or tiler, if you're looking for premium tiles at honest prices, you're in the right place.

All stock is sold from our Croydon location. We keep things simple — browse online, enquire or buy directly, then collect at a time that suits you.

Enquire or Buy
Enquire through the website with the quantity you need, or buy directly via our eBay listings. We'll confirm availability and send you a proforma invoice.

Book an Appointment
Once payment is confirmed, book a collection slot. We operate by appointment only — Monday to Friday, 8am to 2pm — so your visit is planned and efficient.

Collect from Croydon
Come to our Croydon location at your agreed time. Your tiles will be ready and waiting. Full address is provided when your appointment is confirmed.

Common Questions
FAQs
Is collection the only option? +
Tile lots and mosaics are collection only. Border tiles can be posted — postage is charged at cost based on the weight of your order. Get in touch and we'll give you an accurate postage quote before you commit.
Can I see the tiles before buying? +
Absolutely. That's one of the main reasons we do appointments — so you can inspect the tiles in person before committing. All stock is available to view at collection.
What condition is the stock? +
All tiles are new and unused unless specifically stated. They are clearance and end-of-line stock — meaning the ranges have been discontinued or overstocked — but the tiles themselves are in perfect, sellable condition.
Do you offer trade accounts or bulk discounts? +
We work with tradespeople, builders and tilers regularly. If you're buying in volume, get in touch and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
How do I pay? +
Payment is required in full before or at the point of collection. We accept bank transfer, cash, and card payments via Square reader in person. A proforma invoice with a Square payment link is sent beforehand so you can pay in advance if preferred.
What if I'm not happy with the tiles on the day? +
That's exactly why we do appointments — so you can see and inspect the tiles in person before committing. If on the day you're not happy with the style, colour or condition, you're under no obligation to take them. We'd rather you leave happy than with tiles you don't want.
How does the tile calculator work? +
Each product card on our Joblots page has a Tile Calculator button. Enter your room dimensions and it works out how many tiles you need including wastage.

Floor: Enter the length and width of your floor in metres and set "Tile the floor?" to Yes.

Walls: Enter the height of the walls and the total perimeter you want to tile in metres. For example, if you want to tile 2 walls — one 3m wide and one 2m wide — enter 5 as the perimeter.

You can calculate floor only, walls only, or both together. The calculator will also tell you whether we have enough stock for your project.

Border tiles also have a Linear Metre Calculator on each card. Simply enter the total linear metres where you want to fit the border — around a room, along a bath, across a splashback — and it calculates how many tiles you need including wastage, estimated cost and stock availability. An Enquire button is pre-filled with the exact quantity.
Can I buy part of a joblot? +
Yes — for tile lots we price per tile so you can buy exactly the quantity you need. Border tiles are also priced individually. Get in touch and we'll work out the best option for you.
Do you sell new stock? +
Yes. We stock up-to-date styles and sizes from leading manufacturers, available at competitive prices.
Can I book an appointment to visit and browse? +
Absolutely — book an appointment, come and see the stock in person, and only pay for what you're happy with. We stock new styles regularly so there's always something fresh to browse, not just clearance lots.
Why are you only open 8am to 2pm? +
Our hours allow us to process and prepare orders in the morning ready for collection, and gives us the afternoon to handle admin, sourcing and logistics for the next day. If your appointment runs close to 2pm and your order isn't quite ready, we're happy for you to wait — we'd rather take the time to get it right than rush you out the door.
