TileBlitz is a trading name of Porcelain Perfection Ltd, Company No. 10729820, VAT No. 266820976. References to "we", "us" or "TileBlitz" refer to Porcelain Perfection Ltd.
All tiles, mosaics and pallets are available for collection only from our Croydon location. Border tiles may be posted at the buyer's cost — postage is charged by weight and agreed in advance.
All collections are by appointment only. Appointments are confirmed once payment has been received or agreed. Walk-ins are not accepted. We operate Monday to Friday, 8am to 2pm.
Payment is required in full before or on the day of collection. We accept bank transfer, cash, and card via Square reader in person. A proforma invoice including a Square payment link will be provided prior to collection.
All stock is new and unused unless specifically stated. Items are sourced from leading manufacturers and distributors. Photographs and descriptions are provided in good faith. We recommend inspecting tiles at the point of collection before completing payment.
If on the day of your appointment you are not satisfied with the tiles, you are under no obligation to proceed with the purchase. Once tiles have been collected and payment made, we do not accept returns unless the goods were materially misrepresented.
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of tiles purchased from us.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
